Who We Are
Lexington Oral Surgery is a professional, caring practice focused on you and your oral health. Dr. Kent has more than 20 years of professional experience in private practice, specializing in offering personalized, gentle, comprehensive patient care. For the last six years, he’s served as Director of Undergraduate Education at LSU Dental School, so you can be assured you’re receiving the benefits of the latest best practices in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Our entire office staff is here to make you feel comfortable – from the time you enter our front door until you wave good-bye! If there’s anything you need during your visit, please let us know, and we will do our best to take care of your request.

Painless dental treatment
We understand that some patients experience anxiety around dental appointments. Our job is to ensure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible and yes, it can be done!
We have found that talking with our patients about what to expect during treatment helps alleviate anxiety, and of course, we will answer any questions you may have. Some patients bring headphones and music to the appointment for relaxation.
We also offer painless and stress-free IV sedation.
