Insurance/Financial

Part of our commitment to provide you the finest care means also providing the best information about financial options available to you. Part of your care may be covered by insurance, or you may choose from several credit options.

Our team will make every effort to answer your questions and work with you to optimize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. However, please remember that you are financially responsible for the payment of all professional services rendered, regardless of insurance non-payment or non-coverage.

Please call our office with any questions about insurance or other payment options. We have specialists on staff who are up-to-date on all things insurance!

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Call the office if you have questions about your specific insurance company.

After reviewing your insurance, we will offer you an estimate of coverage based on your insurance policy. The estimate is not a guarantee of benefits, coverage, or payment. We will collect the estimated patient contribution on the date of surgery.

Keep in mind that the amount covered by your insurance for services rendered may be less than our office fees. The actual out-of-pocket costs you’re responsible for could change from the original estimate to the time when the claim is paid by your insurance company.

All professional services are filed to your insurance as a courtesy. After insurance has processed your claim, any balance that remains becomes your responsibility. We will issue you a statement reflecting that balance and your prompt payment is appreciated.

Payments

For services rendered to patients without insurance, full payment is due at the time services are rendered. For full payments, as well as co-pays and estimated patient responsibility amount, we accept cash, checks, major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit.
